Contributing to National Conversations That Matter

“Psychology should never remain confined to consulting rooms. Knowledge fulfils its greatest purpose when it becomes accessible to the people whose lives it can transform.”

A Commitment to Public Education

Mental health, relationships, leadership and personal development affect every individual, every family and every organisation. Yet many of the conversations surrounding these subjects remain inaccessible, misunderstood or surrounded by stigma.

Throughout my professional journey, I have regarded public education as an important extension of my work as a Registered Counsellor. Although counselling changes lives one conversation at a time, media engagement provides an opportunity to extend those conversations to thousands of people simultaneously.

For this reason, I have actively contributed to television, radio, digital platforms, podcasts and public discussions that promote psychological wellbeing, healthy relationships, emotionally intelligent leadership and meaningful personal development.

Every interview, discussion and public engagement is guided by a simple objective: to make psychological knowledge practical, relevant and accessible without compromising professional integrity or scientific credibility.

A Trusted Voice

Over the years, I have been privileged to contribute to a growing number of national conversations addressing some of the most significant psychological, relational and leadership challenges facing individuals, families, organisations and society.

My media engagements have explored subjects including:
Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing
Relationships and Family Life
Grief, Loss and Healing
Leadership and Human Development
Identity and Personal Growth
Workplace Wellbeing
Communication and Relationships
Parenting
Resilience
Personal Mastery
Organisational Wellbeing
Human Behaviour

Why the Media Chooses to Work With Me

Media conversations often require professionals who are able to translate complex psychological concepts into language that diverse audiences can understand.

My approach combines professional credibility with practical communication. Rather than relying on technical terminology, I seek to explain psychological principles in ways that are relatable, engaging and immediately useful without sacrificing scientific accuracy.

This approach enables audiences to move beyond simply understanding psychological concepts towards recognising their relevance within their own lives.
Yet every meaningful transformation begins with a pause.
A pause to observe.
A pause to understand.
A pause to question.
A pause to choose differently.
