During more than two decades of working with individuals, leaders, students, professionals and organisations, I began to notice an important pattern.

Yet despite these advantages, many continue to struggle with confidence, identity, emotional maturity, relationships, purpose or leadership.
The problem is seldom a lack of intelligence.
More often, it is a lack of intentional development.

Eventually, the demands of life begin exposing the areas that were never intentionally developed.
